  • Account information: Broker API keys (encrypted), trading preferences
  • Usage data: Dashboard activity, strategy settings, trade logs
  • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To provide and maintain our algorithmic trading services
  • To send service notifications, updates, and support communications
  • To improve our platform based on usage patterns
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
  • We do NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing

3. BROKER API & FINANCIAL DATA

ALGORAM connects to your broker via official API. We want to be absolutely clear:

  • We CANNOT withdraw funds from your account
  • We CANNOT transfer funds between accounts
  • API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • You can revoke API access from your broker dashboard at any time

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure HTTPS connections, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@algoram.in. Trade history may be retained for compliance purposes as required by law.
